Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Clean and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use
• Returned with original tags attached
• Associated with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Items purchased as KUIU Outlet items, Gift Cards, or E-Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Products purchased as a Pack or Set must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned merchandise is received and processed, refunds are generally issued within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, where applicable, as KUIU store credit. Shipping costs are excluded from the merchandise refund. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.

Return Shipping

For U.S. orders, customers may initiate a return through the online Returns & Exchanges Portal. If a customer chooses the UPS return-label option, $7.50 will be deducted from the refund.
