Shipping Information

Orders typically ship within 1 business day, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays, for standard shipping.

During sales events and peak shipping periods, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. Pack and Set products may require additional processing time because they are assembled at the warehouse.

Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.

Standard Shipping

KUIU states that standard packages are shipped using UPS, although USPS may be used for final delivery in some areas.

Expedited Shipping

Two-Day and Next Business Day shipping options are available for eligible locations within the continental United States.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time generally ship the same business day when using these expedited services. Orders placed after that cutoff generally ship the following business day.

Two-Day and Next Business Day shipping are not available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, or PO Box addresses.

International Shipping

KUIU currently works with Global-e for international shopping and shipping to supported countries, including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Mexico, Spain and other listed destinations.

International express delivery is provided through DHL Express through Global-e.
